Help with your duel
Camera permission was denied
Allow camera access in your browser's site settings, then return and choose Start camera. If your browser or device blocks access, check its camera permissions too. BlinkDuel needs HTTPS for camera access.
Camera missing or already in use
Connect your camera, close other apps or tabs using it, and retry. Stop the camera check before returning to a duel so the test tab does not keep the device busy.
My eyes are visible but the face check fails
Face the camera in even light with both eyes visible and only one face in the frame. Follow the positioning message. If the model could not load, check your connection, then stop and restart the camera. Do not strain to keep your eyes open.
Ready is unavailable
Complete personal calibration, wait for your opponent and the video connection, then check the message beside Ready. Default settings do not replace personal calibration for a duel.
I cannot see my opponent
Both players must start their cameras. Check that your opponent is still connected. Some network configurations cannot establish the current direct video connection; try another trusted network. Do not disable browser security or your firewall.
The room closed or my connection dropped
Wait while the app attempts recovery. If recovery fails, join again with your friend's invitation or create another duel. A disconnect does not award a win. Room data is temporary and can be lost when the server restarts.
Still stuck?
Try the camera check and reconnect to your room. If the problem continues, note the visible error message, browser, device type and approximate time. An error page may provide a request reference.
